This is a very rare 2014 Malayalam movie. The Movie is about the father-son relationship. It also shows the greed for money and assets of people, which makes them do anything to achieve success in their lives. Balachandran, the protagonist is a rich businessman who has an only son named Guru with his wife Ammukutty. They are living happily until Balachandran loses all his wealth in a fire accident at his factory due to an attack by goondaism gangsters employed by one of his competitors Sethumadhavan. Guru's mother is the only member from Balachandran's family who stays with him until she dies. Ammukutty is a woman who has a keen interest in making her husband’s business better. In order to get his son back, Balachandran decides to take revenge on Sethumadhavan and sets a trap for his rival which makes the latter shut down his factory and move to another place. At this point Sethumadhavan realizes that Balachandran has a back-up plan and he flees from Guru's house seeking help from other enemies in different locations. Balachandran takes the help of many petty thieves in his search for Sethumadhavan. He also gets his hands on a powerful land registered under the name of Sethumadhavan, which was used by the latter to trade money illegally. Balachandran sets up a new business in that place, but he uses his own children for this business. At this point Guru decides to leave home to join a vicious gangster named Siddique. Siddique is actually an undercover police officer who arrests Balachandran in order to get Guru out of trouble. The plan works well and Guru is reunited with his father in jail where he meets Siddique's family members. Balachandran tries to convince Guru to stay away from criminal activities and help his father in making a good business. He also tries to convince the jail authorities for early release by disclosing his longtime rivalry with Sethumadhavan. The movie ends with Balachandran being released from jail after being punished for a few months, which frees him up to rejoin his family once again. Balachandran is the owner of a factory, who is living happily with his wife Ammukutty and son Guru. He is an honest person and has competitors like Sethumadhavan. Both of them are kind of business rivals, but they do not go to any extent to harm each other. Their rivalry is usually limited within the boundaries of business. Both of them also have an interest in their only son's future. Guru is fond of his mother and she supports him in whatever he does. Balachandran's factory is attacked by a notorious gangster named Siddique, who also kidnaps Guru and hands him over to Sethumadhavan for safe custody.
